A task has not started

Check the status and agent-ready requirements, its dependencies, and available capacity. Confirm that project setup finished.

A task is Blocked

Read the reported problem and fix it, with help from your coding agent if needed. Then add agent-ready again to request another attempt.

If a review limit was reached, read the findings before allowing more attempts. A retry can still be refused until the reported condition is resolved.

The service stopped or the computer restarted

Check the saved installation:

Check installation
Windows · PowerShell
.\backloggo-setup-windows-amd64.exe status
.\backloggo-setup-windows-amd64.exe doctor
.\backloggo-setup-windows-amd64.exe logs --tail 100
macOS · Terminal
./backloggo-setup-darwin-arm64 status
./backloggo-setup-darwin-arm64 doctor
./backloggo-setup-darwin-arm64 logs --tail 100
Linux · Terminal
./backloggo-setup status
./backloggo-setup doctor
./backloggo-setup logs --tail 100

If it is stopped, start it:

Start installation
Windows · PowerShell
.\backloggo-setup-windows-amd64.exe start
macOS · Terminal
./backloggo-setup-darwin-arm64 start
Linux · Terminal
./backloggo-setup start

BacklogGo checks saved progress and resumes where it can. Work it cannot safely resume stays blocked with a reported reason. Preserve the installation data and managed task branches.

Advanced run controls

Inspect or retry a run through the local API

These commands use the default port 8787. Use your configured port or a trusted tunnel. A run ID is the installation's run number, not the board issue number.

List runs
Windows · PowerShell
Invoke-RestMethod -Method Get -Uri "http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/runs"
macOS · Terminal
curl --fail-with-body "http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/runs"
Linux · Terminal
curl --fail-with-body "http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/runs"

After reading the run's reason and fixing the problem, replace <run-id> to request retry:

Retry run
Windows · PowerShell
Invoke-RestMethod -Method Post -Uri "http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/runs/<run-id>/retry"
macOS · Terminal
curl --fail-with-body -X POST "http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/runs/<run-id>/retry"
Linux · Terminal
curl --fail-with-body -X POST "http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/runs/<run-id>/retry"
ActionEndpoint
Stop active workPOST /api/runs/<run-id>/stop
Resume eligible cancelled deliveryPOST /api/runs/<run-id>/resume-delivery
Change a blocked run's review limitPATCH /api/runs/<run-id>/review-budget with review_round_limit.
Reset consumed review attemptsPOST /api/runs/<run-id>/review-budget/reset, then request retry.

The API has no built-in authentication. Keep it on localhost; use a trusted SSH tunnel or authenticated proxy for remote access.
