Privacy

Mitchell Monaghan operates the BacklogGo website. Contact support@backloggo.com about your personal information.

Website accounts and licenses

We use your email address to send sign-in codes, identify your account and provide purchase support. License records include your account ID, installation ID, selected capacity, validity dates and payment-provider references. This lets us issue your license and make it available to your account.

AWS hosts the website, account system, license records and private downloads in the United States. AWS Cognito manages sign-in codes and session tokens. Necessary cookies keep you signed in; this website does not install advertising or analytics cookies.

Payments

Paddle handles checkout, payment details, transaction taxes, invoices and subscription billing as merchant of record. We retain the provider references needed to match a payment to your license. The BacklogGo website does not receive or store your full payment-card details. See Paddle’s privacy notice for its processing.

Your self-hosted installation

The website does not connect to your BacklogGo installation or retrieve your repositories, prompts or task contents. An installation ID links a license file to an installation; it is not a hardware identifier. You decide what information to share when requesting support. Public GitHub issue reports are public.

Retention and requests

We retain account and license records to provide the service and purchase support, and keep payment records as needed for applicable accounting and legal obligations. Operational error logs are retained for 14 days. You can ask to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing support@backloggo.com. Some purchase records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
