Refunds and cancellation
BacklogGo is provided by Mitchell Monaghan. Paddle is the merchant of record for paid purchases and processes refund requests.
Request a refund
Contact support@backloggo.com for help with a purchase, or request a refund through Paddle’s buyer support. Include the email used at checkout and your order reference.
Refund eligibility follows Paddle’s refund policy and buyer terms. Your rights under applicable law remain unchanged.
Cancel future renewals
Choose Manage billing in your BacklogGo account, or follow the subscription link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your downloaded license remains subject to its paid validity period.
