Using BacklogGo
BacklogGo runs on your infrastructure. You choose the work it may perform, its access to your projects and model providers, and the delivery rules. Review its work and use appropriate backups. AI usage and infrastructure are separate from your BacklogGo subscription.
Paid licenses
A paid plan provides the total concurrent task capacity shown at purchase for the selected installation. Install the free version first to get its installation ID. After payment is verified, download the license from your account and place it in your installation’s persistent license folder.
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Yearly pricing is charged as one annual payment. After each successful renewal, download the renewed file, replace the previous file and restart BacklogGo. License checks are offline; renewals are not retrieved automatically.
Payments and cancellation
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid purchases. Checkout displays your price, applicable taxes and Paddle’s purchase terms before you pay. You can manage payment details and cancel future renewals through Manage billing in your BacklogGo account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; your downloaded license remains subject to its paid validity period.
For purchase problems or refund requests, see our refund policy. These terms do not limit rights that apply to you by law.
